Contrast Method Feeder Pellets 

The dark / light colour contrast of pellets has worked well for me on the method feeder this year. So I have been researching a way to use dark and light pellets year round. Without introducing high oil halibut pellets to the mix (they fill the fish up way too fast and don’t break down the same in winter). To cut a long story short this mix includes a 2mm dark low oil high ash pellet that is perfect for year round usage. These pellets have a high inclusion of attractants giving you a serious edge on the bank. Not only that but they are extremely nutrient dense and beneficial for fish health and growth, the proteins and attractants help spike feeding activity year round.

NO COMPROMISE ON FLAVOUR AND QUALITY

Preparation instructions - Use a pellet wetter and soak for 30 seconds per mm of pellet (1-2mins depending on the time of year- longer in winter shorter in summer) 

Or give this a go - try simply filling the bag with water until the pellets are covered by 1-2 cm of water. let them absorb that water (won't take long) then tip them into a bait tub to sit for a further 3/4 mins, should be perfect.

These pellets complement my new match wafters. I asked my subscribers on average what volume of pellets they use in a session, this figure varied but the average was 650g. This amount ironically almost perfectly fills a 3 pint bait tub when prepared for the method feeder and cuts down on wastage.
