Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within a 14 day return window, as long as items are still in a new and unused condition. Return postage will be at a cost to the buyer, unless the item is damaged or faulty. You must always contact us prior to returning an item to advise us of the return. In the event a return is made on a 'Free Shipping' over £100 order, the actual initial postage cost to us will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the returned item being received by Westys angling ltd.
