Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted within a 14 day return window, as long as items are still in a new and unused condition. Return postage will be at a cost to the buyer, unless the item is damaged or faulty. You must always contact us prior to returning an item to advise us of the return. In the event a return is made on a 'Free Shipping' over £100 order, the actual initial postage cost to us will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the returned item being received by Westys angling ltd.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via a 48 hour tracked and insured service. I always attempt to post next day where possible, but please allow three working days before dispatch. While most orders are delivered quickly by our couriers please allow seven working days before contacting us. Delivery updates can be viewed via the Royal Mail APP or DPD App.
